ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JUNE 10, 2010

7:15P.M.          Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B.

                        Gorden, Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

1.   The Board discussed the exemption application scheduled to be discussed

      at the taxpayers hearing tonight at 7:30P.M.

2.   The Board reviewed a list of Frequently Asked Questions that we plan to

      place on the Board of Assessors section of the Town website.

7:25P.M.          The Board went into Executive Session.

8:05P.M.          The Board returned from their Executive Session and resumed

                        their regular meeting.

3.   The Board continued their review of Frequently Asked Questions.

4.   The taxpayer, who was scheduled to meet with the Board at 7:30P.M.,

      did not show up at any time during tonights Board meeting.

      The Administrative Assessor called the person’s home and was told that

      the taxpayer was expected to be at the meeting.

5.   The next Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 6/24/10, at 7:15P.M.
